1. Pulverized calcium oxide
During production, the raw material calcium oxide (CaO) needs to be added into the silo, and then added to the jaw crusher evenly through the vibrating feeder, and crushed to a particle size of about 40 mm. The dust generated during the crushing process will be introduced into the pulse dust collector outside the workshop through the dust cover of the crusher through the induced draft fan. It is recommended to clean the calcium oxide powder in the dust collector once a week.
2. Digestive reaction
The crushed calcium oxide is lifted to the digester by the bucket elevator for digestion reaction. Calcium oxide needs to enter the first-level digester for preliminary digestion. When the primary digestion is completed, it will enter the second-level digestion or the third-level digester, so that the calcium oxide can be fully digested and decomposed to generate qualified calcium hydroxide primary products. Can reach 98%.
The feed port of the digester is designed with a screw feed propeller to facilitate material transportation. Most of them adopt a double-shaft stirring structure, which has the functions of stirring, crushing agglomeration and self-cleaning.
